Recently I made a payment arrangement with this company for the rest of the duration of the amount owed on an instrument. I am still receiving phone calls and messages from them berating me and telling me how disappointed they are in me -yes actual wording and demanding I contact them. I emailed them regarding this and they told me the calls are automatic and they can't stop them even though I have an arrangement with them. They also threatened me into giving them my credit card info through her personal email even though I said I wasn't comfortable with this, and now she is refusing to give me documentation of my payments and how much I've paid and how much is left owing or any official document of the itemized amounts. She said the best she can do is give me the original document that told me how much the instrument is going to be and I can look on my bank statements to see what I've paid so far and that I'm just supposed to take her word for it on what I still owe.
