When I informed her that we could not have her paperwork done by Friday and that she would have to keep her ALREADY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, she came in the following day demanding a refundShe came in without an appointment, phone call or notice of her intent to cancel at allOur office policy is to wait business days for any check refund (which is common practice.) TODAY IS DAY SINCE SHE WROTE THE CHECKHER CHECK WAS MAILED TODAY WHCIH CAN BE VERIFIED BY THE POST MARK

[redacted] knew her paperwork would not be filed until her payment was made. She knew her court date and she knew that our court runner only goes to court on Thursdays. She had the opportunity to pay for a rush filing and/or to take the filing to court herself. We met with [redacted] on three occasions wherein we went over and above to help her and this is how she treats us. Pretty pathetic!

[redacted] is making false accusations. Her secretary [redacted] informed me on Thursday 8/20 that my papers were going over that same day. My payment was made that Monday 8/17. Again..it was never told to me that papers would not be filed until final payment was recieved. This court date was my last chance to obtain child support from my ex husband. Child support owing to me exceeds $110,000.00 so it doesn't make sense that I would have delayed my paper work from being filed. I paid for unsatisfactory service from CA paralegal services. This is how they treat their clients. I will never know if the outcome of my court case would have been different if my papers had been filed in a timely manner. Per the attachment from the judge that I have already submitted to you it states my papers were recieved late and were not reviewed by the judge and or child support attorney.
