Since I feel like the amount I paid was not appropriate and I did not get what I wanted, then I want Mr*** to give the details of what EACH part of the project cost in order to negotiateAt the beginning of the project, when the price was given, certain things were to be included that I later

He put in crown molding that I didn't want so that the cabinets would be smallerI told him that if he were to put in crown molding, then it should be smallIt was way too big so that the cabinets didn't get to the ceiling.How much for making finger pull openers as discussed? I want him to give me the price as originally designedTHere was also to be cabinets on the wall where the spices hang on itHow much was for lowering the height of the cabinet? What I asked for was a break down of the cost of these items. That continues to be nowhere in the contractor's response. He just ranted about how great he was. I want the specifics. He did not provide them before or during the process, as I asked. That is obvious in the response. No numbers. He played games with me. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.

this client has the copy of the breakdown on contract. she decided to remove a side cabinet and in return we shorten one of the cabinets, and we gave her two custom spice racks including a upper cabinet with glass door. We also rewired her dish washer at no charge and had to redo her plumbing no charge, and other issues as we demo the kitchen and per contract I have statement  for sight unseen which I could of charge her and she knew this. I bent over backwards to have this kitchen done within 7 day which I suceded in 6days and before thanksgiving. I feel I have done my due deligence. To address the cabinets height issue ,she was made aware that the cabinets all come in a standard size. Any cabinets different than the standard size would be considerd  special custom made order she did not want to pay for .   For final payment she paid me through Pay Pay which I  was not told in beging of the project. This check took 8 days and put me in a financial bind.  My subcontractors had to wait to get paid. I would not work for this customer again because I have been in business 20yrs and this is the first  complaint of this kind.

Review: I feel like the owner of this business deceived me as to the conditions that would be fulfilled with my kitchen, did not give me what I needed and gave me the least possible for my money. I originally wanted an additional counter to the side of the kitchen and when I decided not to have it, he did not reduce the price. In addition, he gave me tiny cabinets in which not all my things not fit. He put up a crown molding, which I did not ask for or want and raised the height of the cabinets so that they were smaller from the bottom and the top.

At the beginning of the project, when the price was given, certain things were to be included that I later decided I did not want. He never reduced the price and I asked him to give the details, but he only gave a global price and no change. I want the price of all areas of the kitchen. For example:

I hired him to do a small remodel of my bathroom, the tiles were put up so crooked, lumpy, and the wall they put up was not straight. Contractors that came to give me a bid to fix it actually were horrified this was a contractor.

Armando Lerma produces terrible work, nickel and dime you for everything. I think I provided supplies for another job. The workers he hired are either relatives or just inexperienced laborers. I wasted so much money on this guy, I have a pending small claims case. I'm trying to get my money back.
