Review: On 9/24/15, I purchased three products for a 14-day trial of facial products (free + $4.95/SH each product). On 10/10, I was charged a subscription fee of $89.53. I called the customer service number and was stonewalled by a representative who said it was in the fine print when I clicked to submit for my free product trial. I requested he reverse the charges and he declined. I requested a copy of the fine print showing that I agreed to be charged a subscription fee of $89.53 if I did not cancel after 14 days. He replied he would be unable to do so. I do not know what this subscription fee was for and I am requesting a full refund back to my credit card in the amount of $89.53 due to predatory and false advertising. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: As an educated individual I read what I am ordering. I looked specifically for the catch as I was ordering a sample. The picture was of a sample pack. There was absolutely no language about a 14 day trail. There was absolutely no language about new shipments every 30 days. I saw no catch so I placed the order. The company has left my bank account in a negative state taking the only $100 I had in this account and leaving me with overages to pay. I have the original package and there is absolutely nothing about a 14 day trial or what to do to avoid additional charges or even an invoice reflecting what I might be charged. I have never seen an invoice and I did not sign a contract. I asked and agreed to a $4.95 sample with a sample add on for an additional $4.95. When I called they said it was a 14 day trial and that they clearly document this. This is false. Now instead of $9.90 charge I have a $189.37 charge that they refuse to refund in any manner because I didn't call within 14 days of receipt. I don't remember what day I received but I did place the order on 7/31/15 and my account was debited on 8/14 and 8/17. I called today.Desired Settlement: Refund in full.
