To whom it may concern.I'm writing regarding ID # *** Screened in Porch for *** ***She is asking me to reimburse her $3,| don't think that is fair or an accurate statementFirst off she stated I never had inspections completedI never had final done but all othersSo this means
Footings, Framing, Electric all were inspectedHer roof was built to code and passed inspections for slope and framingI did forget to install flashing so am responsible for thatAt this time there is a final balance owed to me from customer of $I am willing to pay to re do flashingIf she sends me a quote to install flashing I will subtract what she owes me and send her the differenceAs far as the roof goes it was built to code and passed all inspections, except for final which reflects flashing missedWith this said I don't think I owe her the price to install a new roof which was built to code and passedShe wants me to pay to replace roofI also have gone out of business last November and am now working for some oneI partially have gone out of business because of issues like this with unreasonable customers.You can contact me withoquestions at ###-###-#### or better way to communicate is by email at ***Sincerely,Chuck B***
