Review: There are too many issues to list about the practice. To begin, I have a contract to have my pool renovated starting from September 20, 2013 . The contract states the work was to be completed in 21 days. It is now May 10, 2014 , roughly 240 days later and there is not much completed or attempted to be completed. I tried several times to work out an agreement with the business owner , however he does not show up to do the work outlined in the contract. I have been told that he would show up and still he never comes. I have a lot of it in an e-mail to prove the business is practicing unethical standards. I have also advised that I was going to reach out to Revdex.com and he has not returned my call. The last communication I had with the business owner, was the third week of April. He will not return my phone calls or come to work to fulfill the terms of the contract. My pool is completely destroyed and I am not sure what I can do to make him come to work.Desired Settlement: I would to have my job finished to the terms of the contract in a timely manner. I would like to have my pool done for early June the latest. That should give plenty of lead time to do the work indicated in the contract. My goal is to have a pool for summer. I was promised the pool would be plastered by the second week of May and that my pool will be ready for Memorial day. There is still time to meet those goals.

I would like to re-open the complaint #[redacted] that I have filed against Cabanaman Pools. We had an agreed upon schedule to get the job back on track and promise of completion by June 20th. He was committed to work Mon-Thur all day starting at 09:00 starting at June 9th. Here is a breakdown of the days so far:

1) Mon June 9th - Rained half the day no show

2) Tues June 10th - Worked about 1.5 hours

3) Wed June 11th - Rained did not show

4) Thursday June 12th - Worked most of the day about 6.5 hrs

5) No show on the weekend, all though this was not guaranteed

6) Mon June 16th - Showed up around Lunch time worked about 4.5 hrs.

7) Tues June 17th - Worked full day for the first time since he collected the money 9 months ago

8) Wed June 18th - Worked full day

9) Thur June 19th - Did not Show up. Rain showers late in the afternoon. I was told that he would work Friday and Saturday all day

10) Today June 20th - Did not Show up . I called in the morning, and was told they were on their way.

I didn't agree to this, therefore the complaint should be reopened.
