Cabanas Tree Service

Hi, i've contact this business to take care of a tree that felt in my backyard after a storm
Chris the owner stop by and we agreed on the price and the date when he will take care of the service
On the 9/4/he stooped by whit his crew to take remove the tree and the stump, after he finished he called me to let me know that it's done, minutes later I got home and looked at job , the tree was cut but the stump wasn't removed, he explained me that he couldn't remove the stump because it rained and he cannot get in with the machine to remove it and it will come next day, also his employee damaged my shed, they stepped on the roof of my shed and bend it creating edge cracks and water it's coming in I've tried multiple time to contact him to stop by and finish the job,but he always came up with some excuses , that his mom is sick, that it will come next day , etc
Almost weeks latter and the job it's not done, one of my kids tripped on the stump and he almost poked his eye
