They were able to add a bedroom upstairs, redo all the trim, paint, and carpet, gut and renovate bathrooms upstairs, all new windows throughout the house, a new front door, tile the front landing, add a new railing for the stairs, completely gut and rebuild the basement with bedrooms and a bathroom, media room with a wet bar, and an office
Trent was so organized, that this extensive renovation was completed weeks ahead of the quoted finish date
I cannot say enough about how happy we were with Trent and his handling of our giant renovation

Buyer bewareI purchased a small caliber rifle from Cabela'sStandard procedure is to complete the background check, they run the sale for the merchandise, seal up the firearm and place it in the back room until the day they call you and you come back to pick it up So I get the call from Cabela's over the weekend and they left a voice message On Monday afternoon, I return the call as specified in the messageTheir phone system starts out with an automated menu, I pick the correct option, after having the phone answered rudely with a one word unrecognizable greeting, and then being transferred two more times with the same poor courtesyI finally got the person I needed to speak withThey basically said the background check was approved and said to stop in and pick up the firearmAfter work, I went there, they brought the rifle out from the backroom and the first thing I noticed was the tape was off the box and the seal was already broken The serial number checked out, but when they opened the box, the bolt was lying under the rifle in the box That was really odd to me because I watched, for what seemed forever, the uncoordinated gun salesman struggle to put the bolt into the gun Strange, now I go to pick up my rifle, which I might add, has been paid for and supposedly sealed up and securely stored while I wait for the background check to go through, Is opened, tape is missing from the ends of box, safety seal broken and not in the same state that I left it before sealing it up My instinct tells me something is wrong (Did someone swap the scope or other parts off my rifle?) They could not give me any reason why my rifle's box would have a broken seal and be opened They just said, there is no way for them to know who may have opened it (Sounds like they run a nice sure ship thereNOT)
So at this point, I decide something is not right and rather risk getting screwed by some possible scam these guys are pulling, I ask to just return the rifle and have the amount credited back to my credit card This charge was supposed to be credited back immediately I have the receipt and the return receiptNow, here it is a week later and I am paying my credit card bill and what do I notice, the charge was never removed or credited back Three strikes and you are out Cabela's I will definitely be making an attempt to speak with the general manager of the store Based on what the person does, will help determine how this story will end as I take my story to newspaper and other local publicationsThis is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever experienced Especially from a company that is 25-50% higher priced than the competition just down the roadYou would think for all the extra money, they would at least treat their customers with care and do what they could to make them want to come back and buy more of their overpriced junk Please checkout other stores and online prices of merchandise before buying something at this storeMaybe some things you can only buy off the shelf at Cabela's, but for all the other things, I recommend going some place where they know how to treat a customer with respect Remember, you deserve itYou're the customer, and what you think, is what is right, and is also what is important!

Spectacular!!! Trent and his crew were unbelievableThey said the project would be done in 1/months and it wasHe had a crew for every different project, from gutting the basement, framing, insulating, electrical, plumbing, Audio, cabinets, drywalling, painting,flooring, etcAll crews were very friendly, worked well together and they just kept coming every dayThey always cleaned up every night before leavingTrent took our ideas and added their ideas which made our basement amazingWe are very proud to show off our basement as it is absolutely stunningWe would highly recommend Absolute Basement RenovationsWe would like to thank Trent and his crew as we could not be happier!!!

We would like to thank Trent and his crew for a first class jobWhat we really liked is that they started the project on time and there was some crew in our house everyday until the project was completeThey had a different crew for every project that needed to be done from gutting the basement to framing, electrical, plumbing dry walling, painting, flooring, etcEvery crew was very professional and pleasant and always cleaned up every night before they leftAs the project took place, the communication between us and Trent was handled promptlyThey took our ideas and some of theirs and created a basement far above our expectations, We would highly recommend them

Beware before giving Cabela's your email addressAfter repeated unsubscribe requests, and then contacting customer service, and stating that I was going to file with Revdex.com and attorney general, and being assured each time that I would be u subscribed, I am STILL getting daily emailsEven after writing that I had reached my limit and was now going to file, I got another advertising email todayBeware, if you don't want a cluttered inbox
