I am rejecting this response because: The comforter was used in a cabin with no laundry facilitiesI am the only one who has take this comforter to the dry cleanersIt has been used for sleeping, which is regular useIt should hold up much better than this in a one year period under use conditionsI am the one who makes the bed after guests leaveThey stay no more than nights, and then the bed is checked and remadeWhat could my guests possibly be doing that would cause all of the seams to rip out of this comforterALL THE SEAMSNot one or two, but each location is completely falling apartThis is a faulty product, and the company is using the fact that I own a business to get out of reimbursing meI guess they do not want any more customers who own small vacation rentals to purchase from them?This is a small family businessThe money I spent on this set was a huge amount for usIt is trash now, through no fault of my ownI paid a lot to make sure it was treated well at the dry cleaners, which it wasThe company certainly owes me a refund, and they are just making excuse as to why it is not their problemThis is not how things workIf you are responsible for selling faulty product, you own up and take care of the situation

In response to Ms***' complaint, the manufacture will not offer a warranty for bedding used in a commercial setting In her complaint, she failed to inform the Revdex.com that this comforter was used in her vacation rental business (*** *** & *** ***) for months In such a
commercial setting, neither her nor the manufacturer has control as to how the bedding is taken care of by her guests and therefore the manufacturer will not warranty under such conditions
In regards to our response time to Ms***, she had called us on the evening of 1/27/and we replied the next day We asked for photos of the damage during that conversation and she sent those on 2/22/ These photos and information were sent to the manufacturer for examination and we forwarded the manufacturer's response the same day we received it from them

We understand that Ms*** is relatively new to the hospitality industry and is not familiar with hospitality bedding standards and warranties.? For the record, the hospitality industry is a category of fields within the service industry that includes lodging.? Her businesses (Snowberry Cottage & Rainier Cottages) are in the business of lodging guests in vacation rental homes, a commercial venture.? When bedding is placed in service for the hospitality industry, there are no extended warranties that are given by the manufacturer.? Most if not all manufacturers that supply bedding for the hospitality industry do not offer a warranty on their bedding due to the number of variables that occur in this industry.? This even includes manufacturers that supply bedding for national hotel chains and the like.? This industry standard was created as the manufacturers (and lodging owners) have no control over how the bedding is used by their guests, if proper laundering procedures were followed, or a host of other circumstances that can occur when placed in commercial useWhat manufacturers do guarantee is that the product is free from defects when first put into service ??" which it was in this case.? We understand that Ms*** may be unaware that guests do not take care of bedding as if it were their own or that drycleaners can use the wrong type of cleaning solutions that can ruin fabrics.? We cannot explain why her comforter is in the condition it is in today.? We do know that when she received the bedding that she has, it was in new condition without any defects.? Unfortunately, after over months in service with numerous guests and multiple cleanings, neither the Cabin Place, Incnor the Manufacturer can offer a refund to Ms***
