Cabinet Authority

I worked with Jeff, who took my order, which was received, just as expected, with a great cabinet. I ordered them plain wood to paint them myself, which I did. However, during the painting process, I left one outside and, I guess the humidity or something got to it, and it pulled apart at the joints. I took a picture and sent them to Jeff, expecting a drawn-out discussion with customer service. However, before even a response, he offered to replace the cabinet and resend it to me. It was a premium experience. I do not think there was anything wrong with the original craftsmanship and am not sure why just this one cabinet warped, but I SO appreciate their taking full responsibility and replacing it quickly and painlessly... THANK YOU.
