Unfortunately, *** *** continues to deny her responsibility with the countertops she sold meI selected both the cabinets and countertop materials from displays in her showroomI ordered the counters through *** ***, and paid the deposit via check made out to CNC Kitchen DesignIn making the deposit by check, instead of credit, *** *** sent an email waiving the final payment, which she now denies and has refused to honor*** *** selected the vendor for the counters whom I did not meet until after he had ordered the silestone slab for my counters
In designing my kitchen, *** ***, designed a kitchen island of 58" x 58" with silestone countertopsHowever, since silestone is only manufactured in 54" x 120" slabsIt was never possible to have a 58" x 58" island as she designedAfter ordering the cabinets, *** *** submitted incorrect cabinet measurements to Imperial Granite which they used to give me an estimate*** *** gave them an outdated drawing with an island measuring 45xeven though she had ordered the larger cabinetsWhile I understand estimates may vary, this mistake in the incorrect measurements, and her refusal to honor her offer in waiving the final payment, cost me an additional $2,700, which was an additional 50% of the original estimate
*** *** is the responsible party, not *** *** She sold me the counters, collected the deposit, provided I*** *** the incorrect cabinet measurements, and made the promise to waive the final payment

*** *** purchased cabinetry from my CompanyI provided the design and layout exactly how she wanted itWhen the incorrect color came in for the island cabinets, I immediately reordered the same cabinets in the color she wantedalso removed the incorrect color cabinetry; however should
there be additional material on site from the previous order, will be happy to remove it from her home if she'd like.She also asked me for recommendations on installation contractors and countertop companiesI gave her an estimate for a Silestone countertop and introduced her to imperial Granite and MarbleIt was our understanding that she would work directly with themI never mentioned any such thing that would pay, or credit her for something other than cabinetry.I empathize with her disappointment of available sizes of countertops; however, I feel she is going after the wrong CompanyShe bought cabinetry through me and I delivered.I am asking this complaint on my cabinet company be removed from the Revdex.comSince she paid *** *** * *** directly, she should be asking them for a refundWe are two different CompaniesLet me know if can be of further assistance in assisting the removal of this complaint.Sincerely,

I am responding to a letter from your agency regarding the above ID number.
As stated in my prior letter, dated 12/3/14, I have no affiliation with the granite company [redacted] chose to use. I am a cabinet provider. I resolved the issue of the 3 island cabinets that arrived in the incorrect finish immediately upon discovery. Again, it has been brought to my attention by your agency that I was implicated in this contractual dispute between [redacted] and [redacted]. Let me be clear, I was only supplier and nothing more. As a matter of good business practice and professional courtesy, I indicated to her that I am willing to support her in any actions she may undertake regarding any warranty claim, she may assert relative to the cabinets I sold. The list of cabinet materials was provided upon delivery. As set forth above, I stand ready to fulfill any and all legal obligations that may be owing insofar as [redacted]'s unfortunate situation with [redacted] as a supplier, but I will not inject my business in that dispute. As provided above, I await her pleasure regarding the above.
