She was unhappy with that apartment, thereafter she was offered [redacted] #3** a three bedroom floor plan at the same rate as the two and den which she moved into on 9/6/14. also opened [redacted] case for the repairs with Court date of 9/112016. Mutual agreement was achieved between Franklin and Resident to release August's rent payment to us (Franklin Park) and a 30 day notice to be submitted for release of contract without penalty by Resident. The judge signed off and resident was approved to move out on 9/30/16 without penalty and all funds released to Franklin Park.On 8/31/2016 resident submitted notice to vacate for move Out on 9/30/2016 per the Court agreement, however Submitted a follow up Correspondence on 9/19/2016 stating that she decided not to move out anymore on 9/30/2016 and confirmed she will stay throughout the duration of her current lease term which sets to end 630, 2017.Please update your records to reflect the final outcome and close the case.Thank youDenise K

I am rejecting this response because:I provided verbal and written notice to Franklin Park Management. I provided the notice to the woman who works at the desk in Resident Services, and was told that there was no other action I needed to take. Also, I was told by the pest manager that the only way I was to get rid of the roaches and mice was to move in June. I think it is also most logical to point out that I paid rent until the 31st of August, so leaving early and paying was providing them with notice as well. There are additional "charges" mentioned in the bill they provided such as replacing carpet that never existed in my apartment. They even sent a company to "figure out where I had run to" to check my credit as an inquiry. I have reported it as fraud. I am enclosing copies that I have saved from moving and also a copy of a notice they sent to me asking me to stay after I told them I was leaving. I never was late on a rent payment which is how I was able to buy my house in North Carolina. Franklin Park is lying that they didn't receive notice as they only want to charge me money and treat me just like most of their tenants whom they end  up evicting for non-payment. They just don't know how to treat someone who actually pays her bills. Please find enclosed relevant documentation. I want my deposit back.
