Cabinet Express

My husband and I are looking for new kitchen cabinetsWe went into Cabinet Express and met their General Manager, Jewels ***, and discussed what types of cabinets we were looking forWe arranged a date and time for him to come out to our house to take measurementsWhen he didn't call us the night before to confirm our appointment we called him.....no surprise that he had something come up by which he could not make the appointmentWhen was he going to notify us? This has been our experience since then....multiple calls trying to arrange service for measuringHe finally showed up one day and measured our cabinetsand we never heard from him again.....we called him multiple times on his cell phone requesting the estimate, but never received a call-backCabinet Express does not give you the level of service that they tout on their website.....and are not interested in your business

I previously filed a negative review on this website for Cabinet ExpressI was angry regarding the delay in receiving an estimate and lack of return phone callsHowever, at the time, I was unaware that the General Manager had a death in his family and that he was out of townWe did obtain our estimate and received good service once the General Manager returned to town.......we proceeded with utilizing this company for our kitchen remodel....their prices are great and they have every available resource to completely overhaul your kitchen from Designers to appliances
