They have provided routine, annual service of our heating system (hot water) for a number of yearsDuring the past year they: ensured we had heat during construction of a home addition; installed all the heating elements of that addition; moved our oil tank (twice) to facilitate the construction; and FINALLY, installed a brand new natural gas boiler for our heating systemWhen we learned the boiler had a recall, they appeared at our door to investigate within hours AND resolved the issue within business days (it took that long to get the needed part)

Last summer, in the midst of all the heat, a local, well-known company came out three times to service our A/C. We sometimes had to wait several days for them to work us in. We asked about the possibility of the coil needing cleaned. They told us it would need replaced and that they could only guaranteed it for a year. The were recommending that we get our 14 year old furnace & A/C replaced at a cost of $8-12,000.
We wanted a 2nd opinion, so I went to the Revdex.com site. When I saw Moe's listed, I remembered that my father had used them back in the '60's and '70's. I called them to come give me a quote on a new unit. They came out that same day (after 5:00), told me they didn't think the system needed replaced. He gave the coil a good cleaning & it has been working like a charm ever since!
