Invoice is in *** *** name ( son ) all template &
installation dates , *** * *** info was relayed to Him( she claims in her statement - He says he was never Advised ) She recieved info 2nd hand thru him
As in the customer's statement she provided the drawings with measurements
She missed a section equal to 51"wide x 26" deep ( hard to miss something that big )
On our invoice ( see attached ) it states ( Final Price to be adjusted after Template(if nessary) )
NO where on Invoice does it state ( not to install until we are paid ) ( as she states in her statement )
From the time of a Granite Sale ( 12/11/2013 ) to Template Date to the Install Date can be to weeks on Average. So end of December to 1st week in January done
On our Invoice ( see attached ) Notation ( will be stopping in 1-15-to pay Balance )
3/15/After never recieving payment , I contacted Mr Warrick ( See Notation on attached Invoice )- Ms Tift happen to be there & he put her on Phone- & She said she'd be in week of (17th thru 22nd ) to pay the $
3/24/2014 After no show & no contact from anyone I called Mr *** again & he relayed - his mother was on vacation & he didn't know when he'll hear from her
I relayed we've been waiting on payment since 1/came & went & set a 2nd date (March 17th thru 22nd ) per Ms Tift's request & it came & went So we needed to recieve payment or we'd be forced to look into legal action
3/28/14 (Payment was recieved )- with threats to smear our name over the Internet & everywhere elseWhich that did follow
