On Friday, August 12th I ordered food and drinks at The Beach Bite in Rockaway Beach, ORWe had the bill split ways, and each of us gave them a cardAfter returning home I checked my account, and the charge I signed for was listed twiceWhen I called the restaurant they told me that they had receipts in hand, of them being for my cardThey have refused to refund me the money, saying that the receipts were signed for, even though I told them that the 3rd person would not have thought to look at which card he was signing forHe would assume that the card brought back to him with his receipt (his card) had been scannedThe owner told me to file a claim with my bank (which I have) and even went as far to suggest my friend pay me back the moneyIt is very confusing to me that a business that relies on tourist money, would make it so difficult on me and my family, visiting from out of stateEspecially when it is clear that there was an error and that I did not authorize the tra
