The business in question must scrub EVERY list they have against the DNC I require their Do Not Call policy to be sent to my address and still require $for the continued violations of the DNC and TCPA Hanging up & ignoring my rights under the TCPA is not good business You have listed a place of business on your social media so that anyone can visit and do business with you You were warned on 2/17/to not call my or any other number on the national DO NOT CALL list and you violated that request Since I have the Caller ID information of the 2nd and 3rd violations since February they are subject to triple damages from the initial $fine If the business wishes to not pay and does not send their written Do Not Call policy (a TCPA requirement) within business days, I will have but recourse

Mr. [redacted] has been placed on our Do Not Call list but his number is clearly accessible for anyone to get, it's listed in the [redacted]s.  Once he requested we do not call him, we immediately honored that request.  However, we use many lists and obviously he is on several.  We have...

eliminated him from our system completely.  In addition, there is a complaint filed against Mr. [redacted] for threatening and intimidating me, borderline stalking.  He has continued to harass me and threaten me and threaten to come to the address he has.  We will not pay him any amount of money at any time.  He is apparently unstable, dangerous and bored. Although, I am glad to get the documentation of the continued harassment, I apologize for this person wasting your time and resources, it's unfortunate.

Mr [redacted] is clearly deranged.  He has harassed our office, threatened me and is continuing to do so.  We have filed a complaint against him with the [redacted] Police Department.  In addition, his number is listed in the [redacted]s that allows anyone with internet access able to obtain, clearly not on the Do Not Call list.  We have honored is request by removing his number from our data base upon his original request.  However, he continues to call leaving messages to call him back, he obviously does not know what he wants.  He is upset about a phone call, he is not a customer of ours.  This sort of anger and aggression shown over a phone call makes his unstable state obvious.  Per [redacted] Police Department I am not to call him or have any contact with him as he presents an immediate danger to me.
