unfinished kitchen remodel since 07/12/ I paid a deposit of $on 07/12/217, my wall was torn down on 07/27/which is still no completedDemo did not begin until late September, Cabinet installation did not start until 1st week of October at which time he installed 36" cabinets when my contract states 42" cabinetsThis was rectified with an additional 12" cabinet stacked on top after I have to contact Channel 7's Help Me [redacted] and located the owner's phone# after my contact person [redacted] or [redacted] displayed his incompetenceHe would take days sometimes weeks to response to me He did not take accurate measurement, so the cabinet has gaps Still missing doors, one of the doors has a blemishNo crown molding or lazy [redacted] which is included in my estimate It is 11/02/and I still have an open wall since July, no countertops or sink since 10/01/and no water supply to my refrigerator I spoke with the Subcontractor regarding the counters today who i

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! ON 7/2/17. I GAVE [redacted] THE VP, A $6000 DEPOSIT ON WHAT WAS TO HAVE BEEN FAST TRACK RENOVATIONS TO MY KITCHEN AND MASTER BATHROOM. TODAY IS 12/2/17 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONAL KITCHEN. ALL MY KITCHEN AND BATHROOM CABINETS WERE EMPTIED THE 2ND WEEK OF JULY PER HIS TIME TABLE FOR DEMOLITION. ON 7/19 WHEN I HADNT HEARD FROM HIM I CALLED TO BE TOLD HE WAS ON VACATION..0N 8/7 HE CAME TO DO THE DEMOLITION OF THE KITCHEN AND TO DELIVER SOME CABINETS WHICH HE STACKED IN MY GARAGE. HIS INSTALLERS CAME ON 8/18 AND INSTALLED CABINETS DESPITE THE FACT THAT 3 OF THEM WERE WRONG AND BASE AND WALL DID NOT FIT AND THE BASE CABINET AND LEGS FOR OUR ISLAND WERE MISSING.THE CORNER WALL CABINET WAS TO HAVE BEEN A CORNER CABINET WITH A LAZY SUSAN INSTEAD 2 36 " CABINETS WITH 2 DOORS EACH WERE MADE THEY TOOK 1 DOOR OFF ONE OF THE CABINETS AND INSTALLED IT AS A BLIND CABINET. THE REMAINING DOOR DID NOT CLOSE OFF THE CABINET AND WAS HINGED ON THE WRONG SIDE.THEY DID NOT INSTALL ANY OF THE HANDLES AND PLACED 2 SETS OF DRAWERS RIGHT AGAINST THE STOVE SO YOU COULDNT OPEN THEM. RECIO WAS MADE AWARE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS AND WAS SENT PICTURES IMMEDIATELY..HE WOULD MAKE APPTS AND NEVER SHOW UP OR CALL TO LET US KNOW HE WASN'T COMING MEANWHILE MYSELF OR MY DAUGHTERS HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF FROM WORK. WHEN WE DID MAKE CONTACT HE WAS FULL OF EXCUSSES. WE COULDN'T PUT ANYTHING AWAY BECAUSE ALL THE CABINETS HAD TO BE MOVED. HE DID NOT SHOW UP TO DO THIS UNTL 10/17. THE GRANITE GUY CAME TO TAKE MEASUREMENT A FEW DAYS LATER HE TOLD US THE CABINETS WERE NOT LEVEL AND HE COULD NOT INSTALL UNTIL THEY WERE. THIS WAS DONE LAST WEEK BY ***,HIS PARTNER AND FATHER-IN-LAW. AS OF TODAY 12/2/17 THE CROWN MOLDING AND KICKPLATES ARE NOT ISTALLED, WE ARE MISSING SHELVES AND THE BASE CABINET AND LEGS FOR ISLAND AND DOOR FOR BLIND CAB THAT WERE DELIVED LAST WEEK ARE THE WRONG COLOR. I CAN NOW HAVE THE GRANITE AND SINK INSTALLED ON THE COUNTERS BUT NOT THE ISLAND.. FORGET THE BATHROOM. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND STILL IS!!! THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS.

Our full kitchen renovation was supposed to be finished weeks ago, but in week we were still waiting on this guy to finish*** had every excuse under the sun and couldn't get the job completedTo begin with, he came time before we started the reno and "measured" and we picked cabinetsHe never came back again after the demoHe said he had everything he neededThe 1st time he delivered cabinets, he just dropped them off and the island was the wrong color and about foot too longWhen he came back to install them, he couldn't install them all because either he measured wrong, didn't bring the right cabinets, or something was missingAlso, I ordered a 33" farmhouse sink, he made a sink base for a 30" sinkI'm sure if he had listened in our 1st meeting or written this down, it wouldn't have happened(I had to spend $to ship the sink back) Our contractor was on him nonstop to find out when he'd be back to correct his mistakes and finish, but he kept getting the run aroundWhen *** finally came back a 3rd time, he still had things wrong; drawers and panels not painted or missing, inner shelves still missing, areas to caulk, still was missing part of the island, and more detailsAfter almost weeks of waiting, we still had nothing doneOur contractor called and texted him, without responsesI called him myself and he promised me he would be done by the end of that weekAt 4:21pm on Friday he hadn't arrivedAfter calling him again, we find out he's hurt himself falling off a ladderHe claimed to have given all the materials to contracted guys who mysteriously went missing and he couldn't get a hold of themThen he told me they didn't have everything, so they'd have to come back AGAINAfter an internet search, I found his Instagram post from this same day or day after, where he claimed he was 'injured" and not able to sit upHe seemed to be okay at the party he took a photo at that nightThis guy is full of liesThe work is ok, not worth the hassle or the cost!! Craftmanship is subparAs of today, he wants to be paid since he is "done" with the job all the while knowing there are still items missing and we still have pieces that were installed wrong

it took one year to complete my kithenThey jerked me around like you would not belive!!!!! cost me 30,in loss wages with no shows and tilling me there on there way and never show up, if they would had just told me I wont be able to make it I would have been able to go to work so basbasically the price that they came in at plus the 30,I lost for a10xrefacing was a joke I have documented every day from start date to end date this whole project should have take one week, *** had to finsh.*** was the problem he just doesnt care lies after lies he thinks he works at a bank with banker hours there attention to detail is the worst I have ever seeni had to do that my self had to be on top of them all the wayrecio is a nice guy he jusy has a personality defect and I fell bad for *** hes stuck with him becuase its his son in law althought *** builds geat cabinets they order the doors from dade doorsthe over all fished produced was good with me doing the detaling but now the doors have fomaldehyde in them and they smell bad with a lot of tvoc coming off of them resulting in bad hair quality that is making use sick I have spent over 4,in airwashers and other machines just to be able to live in my home at the end of this if I cant contain the situation I going to have to throw all the work that was done in the tash, if your going to hier them because there cheap ok but give them a a day challenge every day ther over they owe you and ever day there under you owe them a make sure its on the contact the srtat date and finsh date and make sure it doent say approximately bacause the dates mean nothing with that word in there if you can get that in writing youll be ok thery're are cabale of doing a good job if he want to if you have that on the contact it will get done and every one else will get what I got a twilight zone episode no hard feeling to *** and *** just telling it like it is and by the way 90% of his reviews that have a or stars rating are fake there from friends and family and him self, all the ones and two rating are the realy onesgood luck to all the ones that hire them
