This company was paid in full for a job that is not completed The billing person lied to me and said all of the items needed to reface the cabinets in my home were delivered and ready to be installed Believing her to have integrity, I paid both the delivery and installation fees at that time These were the only two payment installments I needed to make to pay the bill of $21,in full
When the installer finished what he could do on the job, two cabinet doors, two knobs, two handles, and some corner-finishing edges were missing No one at the warehouse ever bothered to make sure all the items were delivered before they required my delivery payment
When contacted about these issues, they have continued to make excuses that no one has returned their calls from either the warehouse or manufacturer about my missing items
They have been informed by the installer what is missing and no one has called us back to settle our problem We want a partial refund on both the

there are six items that still remain to be completed. These items are being re-manufactured and we will keep you updated as to when we can come back out to install these parts. miscommunication between you and your contractor, but we delivered the exact cabinet that your contractor selected and signed the contract forWe even ran our truck over on a Saturday
because your contractor said that you needed immediate installationWhen your contractor
contacted me he stated that you did not like the quality of the cabinetI
explained to him that this is the exact cabinet selected from our showroom and one of the highest quality stock cabinets availableI explained
that it is made of plywood (NOT particleboard), Hardwood English dovetailed
drawer boxes with soft closing glides, Soft close Euro hinges, polyurethane
finish etcHe said that he tried to convince you but that you did not want the
cabinets
As you can see with the
attached agreement that your contractor signed, it was very clear about returnsThe cost to return should have
been $1,839.25, but after your contractor's persistence I reduced the price to $1,of
which $was for delivery and pickupYou falsely are accusing us of shipping
you "nonconforming goods"We did everything according to contract and shipped
the exact cabinet that was signed for on the contractAgain I am sorry that
you had to experience this but since we did everything per agreement I am
requesting that you immediately drop your complaint to Revdex.com as it is unwarranted.

Review: We purchased kitchen cabinets in the amount of $7,438 from this company. Our contractor went to the store to check the product quality and was satisfied with the quality of the samples in the showroom. When the cabinets were delivered and the first modules were assembled, our contractor noticed a much inferior quality of the cabinets. The doors did not align, the plywood was of a cheap material, much different from what the company has on display. When we decided to return the "nonconforming goods" the company retained $1,200 of our refund alleging $600 for open boxes and $500 for delivery charge. Those charges were inconsistent with the delivery of noncomforming goods but the seller does not want to refund the unlawfully retained amount of $1,200.Desired Settlement: refund of the $1,200 that were retained improperly.

Review: I ordered custom cabinetry for my kitchen, bar, dining room, and family room from this company. Their product came in 3 weeks later than quoted, the finish color is completely wrong, size of components are wrong, installation was poorly handled, form fit & function of the cabinetry is poor & not what is being advertised in the companies showroom. To date, the finish has not been corrected & there are numerous outstanding issues that need to be corrected which they are aware of and have not fixed.Desired Settlement: I want my cabinetry completed and all the issues resolved. To date, very little has been resolved.

Mr. [redacted] is correct that the cabinets did arrive 3 weeks later than we forecast and we did have finish issues with the first of his two orders. [redacted], the Project Manager at Cabinet Wholesalers, has been in contact with Mr. [redacted] daily and we have remedied most of the issues. We have a very experienced finisher working daily to re-finish the cabinet doors and Mr. [redacted] has made many visits to our warehouse to inspect the process. We at Cabinet Wholesalers will continue addressing the issues until everything meets the high quality that customers expect and receive from our company.
