I ordered drawer slides and they arrived in a timely fashion, but they were not the slides pictures on the website. Also, they were extremely hard to open. I emailed cabinetparts.com and they told me I installed them wrong, which I didn't because I had a professional do it. The person I was dealing with through email admitted the slides I received were different than what I ordered. When I said I wanted a full refund, he stopped responding to my emails. What a scam business. I will never buy anything from here again.
