Regarding complaint ***, I am rejecting the last response from *** ***.Regarding the method of installation, my installer and I have decades of experience. The best method to reach into the rear of the cabinet to install drawer glides is a seated position, not a kneeling position. So her assertion that the position we used to install them is the incorrect method, is false.Also, it is irrelevant how much each one of us weighs. Besides, we both do not weight over pounds, a statement that she made in her last response. Her statement, "*** *** also called Cabinet Reface to make this right since they referred Cabinet Reface”, is false. No one from *** called me about this. *** continues to refer clients to me.I gave *** and *** *** exactly what was specified in the contract, soft close side mount ball bearing drawer glides, installed to industry standards. I have an industry expert that stopped by the house after we installed the drawers who stated that they were operating properly.She did not respond to the only objective method of evaluating our installation, my request for a meeting with *** and *** ***, and any representatives from the cabinet industry, *** *** and myself, and the expert witnesses we have from the cabinet industry.I never heard anything back from her in response to my suggestion for a meeting. Instead, as she mentions in her complaint to the Revdex.com, she hired someone else to come out and “fix” the drawer glides. Because she declined a meeting and had someone else work on, and therefore alter our finished installation, the evidence of our work was destroyed. Because they did not wish to take the next step to have a joint meeting, the action they took to hire someone else removed my company from the opportunity to have an objective, third party evaluation regarding whether the installation was done correctly or not As such, the cost of having this done should be borne entirely by the ***’s.I respectfully request that the Revdex.com consider this complaint resolved. I am rejecting this response because:This man has done nothing but lie to everyone involved. There were several Facebook messages back and forth on August 30, I also have text messages from him because he would not call meMy husband finally called him and he was also told there was nothing more he could do. We contacted the very reputable cabinet company that has been in business 40+ years, that originally recommended this company This cabinet Company told us they have installed these glides in many cabinets and it sounds like they were not installed correctly This cabinet company was not taking on any partial remodel kitchen jobs at this time do to the work load they were experiencing so they referred us to another company This new company came out and looked at the cabinets and agreed that they were not installed correctlyHe wanted to contact the manufacture to make sure he was correct in his observation That company called the manufacturer to make sure he knew exactly what needed to be done before he came out and took our moneyThe manufacturer explained to him in detail exactly how these needed to be adjusted OUR CABINET DRAWERS HAVE BEEN FIXED BY THIS NEW COMPANY. All I asked Cabinet Reface was to give me what I paid for and that was soft closure drawers When *** called and told him this company had come out and gave us an estimate*** gave him the option to pay the bill from this company and he would not accept *** *** also called Cabinet Reface to make this right since they referred Cabinet Reface He told *** there was nothing wrong with our drawersSo he left us no other choice but to find out if our cabinets drawer glides were installed right or wrong I also told cabinet reface that we have had soft closure drawers in our last houses and knew how these were suppose to open and close He again argued with me about that.I do have a video of how all these drawers closed before the new company came out I would be more than happy to send that to you if I need to I can also take another video of how they work now They softly and smoothly close like they are suppose to These men both weigh lbs or more and one of them had to lay on the floor with a box fan blowing on him (my central air was on) and the other could only sit on his butt on the floorNeither one of them were able to get on their knees and reach to the far back of theses cabinets to adjust the screws or bracketsI feel that this is the reason why he kept telling us he could not fix my drawers I also took pictures of this new company fixing my drawers It is obvious this company was on there knees fixing the very backs of all my drawers Cabinet Reface needs to make this right and reimburse us for the money we had to spend to get our drawers to operate correctly I feel like this Regards,
