Cabinets Direct Express LLC

Newton District Court issued a judgment against "CABINETS DIRECT EXPRESS, LLC", and Mr. Leroy Harris for collection of $4,400,69. He moved to Rohde Island. His business does not exit.

We signed a contract with this business "Cabinets Direct Express LLC" owned by Mr. Leroy Harris on 10-16-2018 for kitchen cabinets in Newton, MA. He required full payment of $3,947 and promised that the cabinets will be delivered in 6 days. Two weeks passed and no cabinets. A month passed and no cabinets. Finally, he agreed to refund in full because he cannot get all the cabinets delivered. After months of emailing, on January 2019, he requested a 4 week timetable so he can refund the full amount. Then he requested an additional 2 weeks time. (I have all his emails). I warned him that I will file a small claim against him at the Newton Court. He replied, "filling court papers is not necessary", better off wait for the check in the mail. Will have certified bank check sent to you directly, March 11, 2019. Since then he disappeared. His business address was listed in Attleboro, MA. We found out that it was a fake address. He did not appeared at court. A second hearing was scheduled, he did not appear. The Newton District court issued a "Judgement" for collection of the full amount plus expenses. We finally found him that he lives in "Rhode Island". He is still to pay off the total amount of $4,195.04.

What a great experience! Working with Cabinets Direct Express! My wife and I have been working with Mr. Harris for years, we purchase and flip homes for a living and must have purchased over 75 complete kitchens from Mr.Harris and they are always well designed, cabinets are always delivered on time and always installed professionally by Mr.Harris, We are still working Mr. Harris even till this day and we have Mr.Harris and his cabinets already scheduled for a large developments we have planned throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, We Feel very secure working with Mr. Harris and always prefer his services...as he is very kind and professional and always on point , we have referred Mr. Harris to Family and Friends and he always continues to make us all happy

This man is the competition, and is upset that were putting him out of business,I am planing incredible legal action against him if he does not stop, I am prepared to launch a campaign against him if he continues About his company, and the fact that he is an illegal alien

I would like to say we purchased $30,000 in cabinets.Everything was delivered in a timely manner, the installation per Mr. Harris.
was exact to the three dimensional plans he created.we were more than pleased.We referred him to a few friends. They were very happy with his cabinets and professional services provided.Thank you Mr. Harris !

I do not have a contract with this person of any kind, ask him to show a contract or checks written to [redacted] remodel there is none
