customer, we do not have a delivery service but agreed to do so as a courtesy. We did acknowledge the cabinets were an off color so we attempted to replace the off Color cabinets but those also came an of Color. Due to the cabinets consistent defects, we agreed to refund the non-refundable items. We do not have any sort of agreement stating we deliver and pick up cabinets. We did our best to accommodate each issue with the customer promptly within our availability such as additional discounts, re-ordered items, delivery, and looked-over rules(i.e. Special order items) stated on reverse side of each invoice copy.
