At this time, I have been contacted directly by Cabinets Express regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Been resolve is that they won't installed them and won't pay for them to be te installedIf the cabinets are damaged and needs to be replaced why should I have to pay for installing them.? They are damaged goods and it should be replaced and installed by them or covered by themThey are willing to replace the damaged goods but why should I have to pay for them to be replaced , in this case re installed.?

Review: On January 2014 , I hired cabinet express for purchase of kitchen cabinets. They sent a representative ([redacted]) to take measurements of my kitchen in order to design kitchen and have proper cabinet measurements, at a $100 cost for the visit which was supposed to be deducted from a purchase price if I continued with them. First, the $100 was never deducted [redacted] said he no one will beat his price. Secondly, the cabinet measurements/ design left me no appropriate measurements for appliances . I had to return appliances purchases , visited many appliance locations in which everyone said that they had made a huge mistake. If you're a kitchen designer you should be aware of standard appliances sizes/ measurements. When I visited the store with my [redacted] , [redacted]'s comments were "I don't know anything about appliances" when questioned on that comment ,he became very rude and unprofessional towards the [redacted] . In which time I decided to walk away. I had to purchase European type appliances which wasn't what I was interested and for that reason a month later I'm still without a refrigerator , waiting for its arrival. Now, two weeks after cabinets have been installed , they are cracking and peeling. These cabinets have not been installed a month and they are atrocious . I haven't used my kitchen yet, because of all the issues with this cabinet place , by the way they are no longer on [redacted] , they relocated and their new address is [redacted] ###-###-####. Please I was willing to walk away even knowing and being told that they are wrong but now with my cabinets cracking and peeling , I can't . As a single female , I feel that they took advantaged , that is why my [redacted] went with me to try to speak with them and come to an agreement but was unsuccessful .Desired Settlement: Due to their lack of knowledge the kitchen project exceed and surpassed my budget. It is my desire for them to redo my kitchen, give me a refund , and or exchange my atrocious cracking peeling cabinets with a warranty! Also an apology for their disrespectful behavior towards female clients .
