Cabinets & Granite Corporation Reviews (17)

Hello Revdex.com: Our staff did not lie when they said that I was with a customer I work over ten hours a day and I have a large clientele who wants to only deal with me I was not trying to avoid speaking with the customer In referefence to the above claim, I spoke with the wife and told her our guys can come back to the house to remove and repair the piece that was a 1/4" more overhang than the one on the left side of the fireplaceWe did have one of our installers go back to the house, but the customer was afraid that they would damage their walls when removing the shelf The customer did not want our guys to remove it because of possible damage to the drywall and paint The customers are advised at the time of signing their Contract that there may be possible damage to drywall and paint whenever granite is put in a tight spot that is wall to wall The walls on the back may not be the same as the wall measurement on the front and, therefore, the granite has to be shaved and fit into place We are not working with adjustable rubber, we are working with a solid stone However, to make it right, I offered the husband $a long time ago and he did not agree to that amount I'm not sure if he communited that to the wife or if there was a communication error on the part of both parties I will be more than happy to send them a check in the amount of $to rectify the situation Please let me know and I will put the check in the mail today The last thing I want is to have is a customer that has not been satisfied Thank You

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and although the business reply is not 100% accurate I find that this resolution of sending us a check for $is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted]

I have worked for this Company for over years I have not once met a customer that I have not been able to satisfy and reach an agreement We have discounted Mrs***’s cabinets and granite countertops, provided free trim pieces, provided free installation and she’s still unhappy I am convinced that whatever we do, it will not be enough to satisfy this customer I cannot continue to subject myself to her abuse (as noted in her lengthy emails), I cannot handle listening to her own truth on what took place, I cannot handle listening to her falsify what I guaranteed (nothing in this world is guaranteed), I cannot handle the constant back and forth negative feedback With that being said, my course of action at this point is to tear out the cabinets and granite installed by our Company and happily provide the customer with a refund ($5,down payment)

Based on the above complaint, I would like to advise Revdex.com that I will be submitting a check in the amount of $to the customer As the General Manager, I know the importance of good customer service I apologize to the customer that they had to take up so much time on something that could have been easily rectified regardless of whether or not we handle such a job I believe it was something simple that our installers could have handled On behalf of Cabinets & Granite, I deeply apologize The customer's check will be in the mail by the close of business day Friday, August 11,

Dealt with Jennifer at the Manchester location. Start to finish I am extremely happy. She was very professional, patient and willing to jump through some hoops to make sure I was happy. It's obvious she is experienced in this and as a result.. I have gorgeous countertops and I saved at least 25% by going with C & G! Thank you!!!

Sorry for the delayed response, but this is the first e-mail I received on this customer. I will definitely...

look into this matter. If Mr. [redacted] referred these customers to Cabinets & Granite Corporation, he would be in line to receive the referral. If that is the case, it was truly an oversight on my part.
