If [redacted] would talk to Wayne her husband she would know that I didn't charge the for the sinks It was a separate cost and I didn't send them that contract for some reason so they never paid for them I agree that the cost for my contractor to drill the holes was my burden The extra cost I incurred due to the different sinks was paid for by me also and I didn't contest it I thought it was the right thing to do.I know [redacted] is still angry and this is sticking in her craw so to speak I am truly sorry and am doing all I can to get the situation behind us I hope we can put this to rest now I have apologized over and over even though the majority of the issues are with my cabinet company All they can do is provide the items as timely as they can [redacted]

Unfortunately *** had some of the info incorrect. Yes, there was mistakes with this order. *** (my supplier) didn't include the counter top with the order of cabinets that shipped. I was not aware of this until the customer told me. *** made the top asap and sent
it to my delivery company and they delivered it promptly. The two vessel sinks that they ordered were not finished in the correct color so my customer refused them (which I agreed with). They decided to get sinks elsewhere so I picked up the sinks and returned them to ***. I told ***s husband that I would send him a refund check. Then I decided to deliver it instead so I didn't send it. I wanted to take a gift with me to the *** and apologize once again. I have not been able to get to their home to get this done. The counter top arrived without the drilling for the faucets so I had my best general contractor go over and not only drill the holes, he did some retrofitting for the sink they bought instead of the sinks from ***. I paid for his labor cost ($225.00) even though he really was not supposed to do more than drill two holes. The one thing that I think Mr *** was the most upset with was that the National Sales Manager didn't call him back even though I asked him to do so several times. There was also an undercounter drawer that was ordered the incorrect width which was my fault . I reordered it and it was sent directly to the customer within about days. I don't blame the *** for being angry. It was not a good job and I have apologized more than once. I have always been as upfront and honest as I could and really am so very sorry that this job just did not go at all well. *** Cabinets agrees that it was not a good experience for them or for us. I will be taking the check over with a gift although I am sure *** will not be happy. I can't say that I blame her but I did all I could and tried to do it as timely as possible. I am held a bit hostage by the cabinet company however they did what they could. ***
