We are having many cash flow issues as I have explained to Mr. [redacted] for a large builder provided us with a check which in turn bounced and we have been trying to collect for over a month now to no avail. [redacted] that we are taking legal action and trying the best to our ability to get his refund to me expediently as soon as we recover from this loss. We have every intention to refund his money with no delay as soon as we possibly can.
