Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/07/23) */ To Whom it may concern, This is in response to the case number above regarding a used piece of equipment purchased by [redacted] Services, Inc in June, I apologize for the tardiness of my response The customer purchased a used piece of equipment with a 30-day warranty on June 17, Roughly months later, Mr [redacted] contacted The Cable Center regarding this particular piece of equipmentThe equipment, as Mr [redacted] suggests, was a product of a bait-and-switch tactic by The Cable CenterAfter several email exchanges, we asked Mr [redacted] to send us the equipment in order to further inspect the item to make sure he got exactly what he paid forUpon inspection, the camera tech at The Cable Center found that the unit had been repaired, after we initially sent it to Brinks Services, Inc, with non-factory partsThe Cable Center only uses factory Ridgid parts to repair used camera systems prior to them being resold; trademarked by the orange tape inside the coneThe Cable Center, Inc speculates that the item was repaired and thus shortening its length, possibly without Mr***'s knowledge, and put back into serviceWhen it came time for a pipe inspection needing longer push cable, the item would have then been found to be shorter than what was originally purchasedWe sent the unit back to Brinks Services, Inc at no-charge to Brinks Services, Inc If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me at your convenienceWe have never operated, at any time, in line with what Mr [redacted] is suggestingAll alleged fault by The Cable Center, Inc should be immediately absolved Thank you,

used piece of equipment with a 30-day warranty on June 17, 2014. Roughly 12 months later, Mr. [redacted] contacted The Cable Center regarding this particular piece of equipment. The equipment, as Mr. [redacted] suggests, was a product of a bait-and-switch tactic by The Cable Center. After several email exchanges, we asked Mr. [redacted] to send us the equipment in order to further inspect the item to make sure he got exactly what he paid for. Upon inspection, the camera tech at The Cable Center found that the unit had been repaired, after we initially sent it to Brinks Services, Inc, with non-factory parts.
