I read the email and it's the same stands that their customer service had on the phoneI was never demanding, but wanted to know about the guarantees and how their hourly rates worksThat was before the jobI paid them more then we agreed on at the beginningI have pictures of the holes that they drilled in the pipes and I showed them to the supervisorThe area that have drilled this time is not the same placeThe last time I called them was about the $bill (the straw that broke the camels back) and they send me an other bill on 4/2/Ruth the so called customer service told me that "this bill is just a bill and they always negotiate from there" some kind of hit figureI was told they work on very big project, such as government contracts, military bases and so onThey alway do thatAt this point I'm wondering how would cpl be able to answer some kind of conjunction about the an authorized hit figures I don't know how demanding I've beenOnce again I have been and trying to get cpl fix the problem that they have caused thought Revdex.com not to negotiate a billMy water bill is getting charged everyday for the leak that's still thereThis antagonistic response won't make me go awayI want cpl to fix or pay for the problem they have createdI will contact Bill Howe plumbing and ask them if they have jack hammered the pipe like cpl said in their email.

I was stuck with a leak coming from one of my upstairs bathrooms. CPL was able to accurately and correctly identify where the leak was and how it could be fixed. I called on a last minute notice and CPL was still able to help me out very quickly. I would highly recommend CPL to anyone with concerns of a leak or pipe detection. The employees were also friendly which is a plus. I will be calling them for any future leak problems.

To whom it may concern:  The customer called the plumber to help with a known underground leak.  The customer also call CPL to locate an outside leak on a plastic water line.  The Technician listened, then introduced CO2 into the line for a bubbling sound, which all could...

see and our tech could hear.  When removing the dirt away from the pipe, the leak burst through.  Therefore the leak was located and the plumber made the repairs.  Our internal system is down right now, but when it is back up I will forward our letter to the Owner as well as a letter from the plumber supporting CPL.

I called CPL last week to find a leak I had in my kitchen. [redacted] was sent out to my house for the service call. [redacted] was extremely professional very personable and found my leak in about an hour. [redacted] was thoughtful and educated in his field and explained the steps he was taking to find my leak. We understand that problems with our homes are emotional, this is why we bend over backwards to take care of our customers.  We have the right to charge for time spent on a service that we provide however, we typically offer a discount on return visits (we do not have to do this).  I don’t know what a “hit figure” is, what I do know is that Mr [redacted] had at least 2 leaks (that we located for him), I feel bad if he has even more.  Leak detection is a process of elimination and only 1 at a time can be found.  The rates of $270 (min) up to 2 hrs on initial visit, $200 ea addtl if longer or more visits were explained many times.   Sometimes the pipes get hit by the jackhammers and/or drills as most pvc pipes at homes are not readily locatable.    
 
Leak detection does not cause plumbing problems, if there are already leaks chances are you will get more.  Turning the water off and on can loosen calcium deposits (which can clog aerators) .  We do leak detections at apartments, single family homes and for any facility that needs our help (all day 7days a week).  We do not however, cause problems to their plumbing. 
 
The meter was turning fast on our first visit, the plumber repaired the first leak we found and the meter was still turning (but very slow) indicating a 2nd leak, which our Technician Dave, also found.  If he still has a leak, he needs more leak detection and repairs or have new pipes put in.
 
There is no magic way of dealing with any of the above mentioned problems, only companies that will work to the best of the ability, and to the standards of the industries.
