The Internet issue reported was resolved Jan 23, Background: The customer established service August 2017. On Jan 10, at 9:31pm, customer left first voice message stating having some intermittent Internet issue. Jan we returned his call and left message for him to
call us. On Jan our IT manager spoke with him, and followed up during the evening hours on Jan 12, Jan 15, and Jan to see how his service was working, as we had done some troubleshooting outside his apartment building. On Friday Jan at 11:32pm, customer left another voice message stating having problem. Monday Jan 22, IT manager arranged for a service call at apartment. Tuesday Jan 23, IT manager and service tech were at the apartment, replaced a section of wireOn Thursday Jan 25, IT manager spoke to customer in person at Chamber banquet, asked if we need to keep checking with him. He said all was working and if any problems he would contact us. Customer has not reported any other issues

I am rejecting this response because:
Internet has been sketchy since day one and during the time period in question, it was especially bad including have no internet access for almost an entire weekend
