Cable Time

The owner who often greets customers at the door is very rude and does not know anything about the systems. He had me come in three times to try and program a remote and each time it failed. When the tech finally came to my house he showed me the very simple process of how to program the remote. You must program it while in front of the receiver. This is why the owner could never get mine programmed. Then he was so rude and blamed me for being to uneducated to use it and said he knows it is programmed now because he did it himself. He constantly talks over people and cuts them off because he believes he is better than everyone else.
I have never felt so disrespected in a business as I did at CableTime LLC. He also talks down to his employees in the same manner or did while I was in the office.
