I responded to the customer on on 10/27/15....I met with her at her home and discussed her issue with her...She upgraded to an advanced wireless modem and I setup her wireless pass-code....I tested her connection for her before I left...I call the customer back on Wednesday 10/28/as a follow-up...Customer said everything was working great and thanked me for helping her....I again followed up on 11/02/and customer again said everything was working good....I have also issued the customer a month internet credit
