Review: The dating service is portraying profiles that may or may not have paying members that can actually respond. The service portrays themselves match the 2 people together but in reality nothing like that happens. They take your $20 to enroll and then ask for your credit card to continue the service. When you try to cancel, the page does not display.I need to have the service cancelled and my money returned for falsely promoting a service that is misleading.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and service discontinued.

In response to complaint ID# [redacted]-- I have spoken with the complainant and explained to her that we don't give refunds. She was charged $20 to have access to our database and to choose people to meet for dating. She did not like the choices but we did honor our end of the agreement. We offered extra service if she wanted us to attempt to contact any dates for her but she declined.

I paid, picked a bunch of guys, asked for introduction, never heard back from anyone. I don't think this service is real, they took my money but I do not think the men a real and paying members.

I don't appreciate being taken and other people as well. They are making money on taking the $20 and misrepresenting their service.

Please let the complainant know that the profiles are all real. Some are free members and some are paying members as our site explains. One can be a passive member of the site for free. All of the men that the customer requested were contacted by email to tell them about her interest. If they do not reply with interest, then there is nothing that we can do to set up the date. We can only set up dates where there is mutual interest. I told her that if she wants to pick more men or if she wants me to contact a particular individual again on her behalf, I would gladly do so. We are a real and legitimate service.
