According to our records [redacted] was repaired May 25 2017. The defect was not covered by any type of recall from [redacted] Canada .Our records indicate the [redacted] was purchased in September 09...
2013.The warranty on this [redacted] is one year from date of purchase. [redacted] has purchased a [redacted] outboard along with the [redacted], and we feel we can offer to refund the Labour portion of his repair as a goodwill gesture. The refund would equal $[redacted] plus the tax for a total of $[redacted].

for the first thing they lyed about the miles which was49k.m. which at that time they put 1000 km the part should have not broke that new. and the lyed again and only had to put a gear and a boot on.If they want to talk about good will I will tell all the bowhunters in my club along with the rifle club.which I belong to and the native community guys who I drive with along with anyone who wants to buy a bike.That will be my good will.I might be 62 years old but I know a lot of guys who drives [redacted]And [redacted].I expect full refund.I have been in sales aqll my life and never heard where the company told what there going to do but fix a 45k.m.parton a new bike.I hope this comes out good on your end because I am not the kind to give up .I can make up lots of stickers to put on my bike and outboard.
