Cabrera Contracting

Review: Cabrera Contracting LLC installed a new roof on my mother's house in March of 2011. The contract has a five year warranty for repairs. Well the roof is now leaking horribly. It started as a drip, but now it is a full blown shower in my mothers kitchen! My mother's entire kitchen was remodeled and it is damaging the ceiing, the counters etc.I made an attempt to get in contack with [redacted]. I spoke with him on November 28th 2014. He told me he would be at her house within an hour. I felt at ease and believed him. My brother waited for him and he never showed up. I attempted to contact him again by phone. This time there is no answer and the recording says mailbox is full. I then attempted to contact him by text. He orinally askded me to text my brothers number to him. I did this and he never called or showed up.I have made repeated attemps to text with no response! I contacted [redacted] my mom home owners insurance coampany. They came to look a the roof and they now say the roof was installed improperly and that is why the roof is now pouring water into the kitchen!I sent [redacted] a final text informing him that I did not want to take this to court, but he is not giving me a choice. Please help me with this problem!Desired Settlement: I would like the contract to be honored and they repair my mom's roof with a full inspection by the insurance company. If that is not feasible then a full refund.
