move-out date and charges (disputed amount) were initiated by the property’s former ownership and/or management company
Though we can’t take responsibility for the charges Ms*** is disputing, we appreciate our relationship with the Revdex.com and are more than happy to provide assistance should you need anything from us in regard to this case

On 3/21/2016, a Leasing Consultant for [redacted] responded a second time to the applicant's questions by leaving a voicemail on the phone number provided. On 4/9/2016, the applicant visited the Leasing office at [redacted] to pick up the $200 Hold Deposit. The applicant signed to verify it was received.
