This is untrue, I was told years ago that as long as I can show that my payments are posted out of my account before the 10th of the month that my fees would be waivedI can provide all of my bank statements that show the payment has left my account. The marina also moved my boat to a different location (without my consent) at the marina and started charging me and Extra $monthlyI was told by the marina that they had given me enough time to get my finances in order, and that if I could not obtain a credit card to cover my fees I need to re-evaluate my financialblah blahof course I would get upset at this point.I have all emails and conversations recorded even the conversation on the 12th when *** told me I needed to take care of my niece who sometimes visited the boatat that time I asked what we could do again in reference to my boat, and that Reeves told me not to worry about it he would take care of the situation (which is another conversation recorded on November 7th)Both of these recording will show that I was never told what they have written to you, they are lying.I have all of my documentation to prove what I'm saying

Good evening MsConstran, Please find our response to the most recent submission by MrFitzpatrick regarding case #: *** below and let me know if I need to formally submit it anywhere else in addition: Cabrillo Isle Marina takes all member feedback and complaints very seriouslyOur research and thorough investigation into this claim have proven it to be entirely unfoundedThe member has neither been mistreated nor received anything less than stellar serviceHe was offered very accommodating options and solutions to his failures to pay and abide by other marina rules and regulations. Unfortunately, when the marina declined to continue to accept the member’s refusal or inability to pay and continued failure to comply with marina policies, he resorted to fabricating this complaint and alleging fictitious wrongdoingIn addition, the marina has made several settlement offers to the member outside of the Revdex.com process to resolve the issuesThe member has rejected those offers and Cabrillo Isle Marina will continue to pursue resolution. Cabrillo Isle Marina takes member complaints seriously and always strives to provide a positive experience for our members and their guests. Cabrillo Isle Marina has made multiple concessions to this member to assist him in keeping his account current, but unfortunately, he has been unable or...

unwilling to remain current on his account. Monthly fees are due on the 1st of each month and Cabrillo Isle Marina has a gracious late payment period that permits payments to be made until the 10th of each month without incurring a late fee. This member has been chronically late in his payments over a period of four years, including the marina having to go as far as pursuing a lien claim against the boat to have amounts owed paid. Each time this member became current Cabrillo Isle Marina would permit the customer to remain a member of the marina.  As part of the positive experience at Cabrillo Isle Marina, the marina must enforce the rules and provisions of its contracts equally for the benefit of all members.Because of his chronic late payments, Cabrillo Isle Marina called and asked that the member provide a credit card on his account to be auto charged on the first of each month. In response, the member became verbally aggressive towards marina staff over the phone and refused to provide a credit card number.  As a result, and pursuant to Cabrillo Isle Marina’s right under the wharfage agreement it sent the member notice that the agreement would terminate effective 30 days later.In response, the member called several employees of the company and was advised that the wharfage agreement would not be terminated if a credit card was placed in his file.  Once again, the member refused to provide a credit card to be auto charged. In response, the member filed this complaint.  The member still has an unpaid balance.
