They are not honest and full of tricks with the customers. First, this insurance company is going to offer you a really good offer "very cheap". Second, they're going to send an inspector right away until now you are ok you still having the good offer. Third, they're going to tell you during the second month of the policy that there was a mistake with the primium and that they need to increase it. So, surprise the offer that they gave is not is there any more. I'm giving one start because I can't give them 0. Stay away from this deceitful "companies".

Review: The adjuster whose incharge of my claim is not doing her job. She is rude and never seems to be accessible. I call her and leave multiple messages for her and doesnt return my phone calls. I call customer service and ask to speak to her superiors the manager and supervisor but all the receptionists send me straight to their voice mail to leave messages. They never returned my calls. I filed a claim on march 25th and my cars been sitting at the shop for a month. Finally after becoming too stressed about this situation I had to call a lawyer for help. The cabrillo insurance responded and said my car was total loss at first but then the adjuster called me and changed their mind saying my car would get fixed. They are trying to put used parts on my car and I dont agree with that my car is not that old it will become defective and will lose its value. Also they dont want to pay for my childrens seats which are shattered with glass all those small particles are dangerous it can harm my children. In general, all this process has been handled poorly and very unprofessionally we pay our insurance on time and the least thing we deserve is respect and courtesy from all the agents of their business. It is their job to take care of their customers claims and make sure things get done right following the policy guidelines. Cabrillo insurance obviously is not doing this!Desired Settlement: They are responsible for my car expenses because I paid my 1000 deductible. They in return need to make sure my car gets fixed as soon as possible and that they follow the guidelines making sure my car gets new parts not used. Once my car is fixed and the other company pays them they need to reimburse my deductible. The company needs to also become responsible for my childrens' car seats I refuse to put my children on those seats its not safe.

Review: On November 27 I was involved in a car accident. The following Monday I contacted the insurance company and left a message for them to call me back so I can start a claim. The recording said they return calls the same day. After two days I again left a message. I tried calling the number several times a day at different times to see if they would answer. Finally today I got a hold of someone and discovered that the insured had called and reported the information. This company had my phone number the whole time. When I got the claim representative on the phone I questioned why she hadn't called me. She said ok let's move on. Again I questioned why it had been almost a month and I had not received any calls or updates and why my car still had not been fixed. She said again ignored my question. I asked why it was being ignored. She stated she wasn't going to deal with my attitude and if I wanted to blah blah blah we weren't going to get anywhere. I asked for a manager she said she wasn't going to get one. I asked for my claim to be assigned to someone else she said she wasn't going to she was simply going to proceed with the claim. That's when I told her that I wasn't going to deal with her attitude I needed to talk to someone else she said she wasn't going to deal with my attitude and hung up on me. It has been almost a month and my car still isn't fixed. I think I have the right to be upset. Not one person in that company apologized for the fact that no one called me back.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and my car fixed.
