We are in receipt of the complaint dated 8-27-15.
The account on Mr. [redacted] was referred to us for collection from our client on 7-10-15. Mr. [redacted] was sent the initial notice with the required disclosures on this account on 7-15-15....
We received correspondence from Mr. [redacted] on 7-27-15. At that time he disputed the account and requested an Itemized Statement. We requested the Itemized Statement on 7-28-15. The account was not reported to the credit bureaus.
On 8-21-15 we did send Mr. [redacted] a letter stating that we were waiting on the Itemized Statement and that as soon as we received it we would forward it to him. We received the Itemized Statement on X-XX-XX and sent it to Mr. [redacted] on 8-28-15.
