sent a local tow company we use in Jacksonville to pick up that broken down vehicle the next day, but it was not there. Evidently, these customers left it "abandoned" at this parking lot without consent from the property owners, nor advising any employees that it would be removed from that property in a short amount of time. As a result, it was towed away and impounded as a private property tow.
  In as much as feel bad that this happened to our buyers, we certainly had no control over this situation and no way to avoid it. Furthermore, since a monetary value was placed on this vehicle for trade in purposes, we suffered a loss as well since we never took possession of the trade in.

Ms. [redacted]s is in a retail installment contract that just originated on 3/29/2014. Our lending program doesn't typically allow for modifications to the retail installment contract. When buyers change jobs, they are expected to manage the household budget accordingly as to still make payment...

on/before the due date. In the event we do entertain such a change to the contract, we usually wouldn't do so this early. The contract still has 3+ years left and this buyer could experience another payroll change, and would most likely expect another edit to match the new period.
  There are a few options for the buyer to facilitate that would actually get her paying before the due date rather than after. Please contact your account rep to discuss that.

In the case of [redacted], we have reviewed this matter with the full cooperation of the company-owned J.D. Byrider/CNAC in question.  Ms. [redacted] is upset regarding her vehicle.  As a result, she is requesting to have the vehicle repaired or be placed into a different vehicle. Ms....

[redacted] purchased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan on December 30, 2016 from the company-owned J.D. Byrider located in Dayton, OH.  The vehicle is covered by a 36 month or 36,000 milelimitedwarranty which mainly covers the major components of the power train. While the company-owned J.D. Byrider understands that dealing with any mechanical issue can be frustrating, a used automobile, like any mechanical device that is subject to wear and tear, will require regular maintenance and repairs to ensure its continued use. Account notes indicate that her vehicle has not been in to the service center since February. J.D. Byrider strives to achievethesatisfaction of every customer. Thecompany-owned J.D. Byrider/CNAC wassorry to learn of Ms. [redacted]’s dissatisfaction as expressed in her complaint to your office.  Per management, Ms. [redacted] visited the dealership in August to submit a rental receipt for reimbursement.  At that time, she made no mention of any mechanical concerns.  If Ms. [redacted] would like to schedule a service appointment, it is recommended that she contact the service center at ###-###-####.  The company-owned J.D.
