companyfor a loss sustained on November 11, 2014. The contract calls for JB HomeImprovement to perform all construction work per insurance inspection reportdated December 10, 2014 and to receive all funds covered by insurance. At thistime our customer [redacted] had been displaced from her property for 2months. JB Home Improvement immediately began working with her insurancecarrier to get approval for all needed repairs. The carrier had originally onlyapproved 16,236.00 for construction repairs. JB Home Improvement was able toestablish that the itemized list of construction repairs covered by insurance wouldbe 23,204.95. That figure, backed up by other bids and a public adjustingcompany, was approved by insurance carrier's Claim Representative on March10, 2015. JB Home Improvement received our first payment for the job onFebruary 5, 2015 and work began. The week of February 23rd Ms. [redacted] statedthat she would only pay JB Home Improvement 16,000.00 for the job and allother insurance funds would be kept by her. JB Home Improvement was able toconfirm that she had received $3280.00 in funds from insurance and with heldpayments. This caused the work to stop until I could meet with Ms. [redacted] andaddress our contract, insurance payments and her items of concern. I believeafter meeting with Ms. [redacted] and addressing her concerns this complaint hasbeen resolved.Best Regards,
