Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I am pursuing my claim # [redacted] I read the letter that the Owner ( [redacted] ) wrote, and yes we are on a totally different page! I understand that her young night as't Mgrwasn't in dental school, however that isn't the pointShe did look in my mouth with other witnesses and claimed she could see the cracked toothFurther more, she ( [redacted] - owner) keeps referring to one (1) tooth there are two(2) teeth involved, one was cracked so badly that it had to be extracted, the other was able to be saved by crowning it, I am still missing a tooth because I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income and can't afford to have it fixed, the other tooth I had to borrow $1,to get it crowned and have the other extractedThe owners said they were going to have the Insurance Agent/Company contact me, well, 10/10/(Friday) and I still haven't heard a thing, now I'm really upset and I am going to go after then for mental anguish/pain and suffering, because they are lying and brushing me off like a fly an hoping I'm going to go awayWell that's not going to happenYou will be receiving all of my documentation since May 12th, via [redacted] and should receive it Monday Certified mailThank you all your efforts and I hope you can continue to help me out Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry we must be on completely separate pagesA third party phone call may be neededMy insurance agent informed me he would try to settle this claim with youI will be contacting him todayPlease take note that Ms*** is not going to school for Dental assisting and/or
dental hygieneYou must of had a miscommunicationAs she is not an expert her words are insignificantI am truly sorry you have damaged a toothPlease, understand we further the information onto our insurance to handle issuesThis is why we pay to have insurance so we do not have to handle insurance claimsHowever, I will be calling Mr*** todayHopefully, all will be resolved amicably
