Our company has resolved the issue with our customer - Here is the current state Situation: #Customer has moved the phone equipment to different room#Customer was in the process of changing network broadband which shared with another companyThe service call was placed on
Friday November 4th afternoonOur technician has troubleshoot the problem and find out that the phone was not connected to the internet, he forward "incoming call to her cell phone" - Thursday November A tech came out to the site - Repaired at no charge to the network cable ( not part of the service contract)instructed customer to order new internet service to replace the one that will be moving out on 11/14/2016. - Monday November - a tech come out to help setup new network at no charge to customerTechnician also help customer training on WEB interface to phone - The problem has been resolved Best Regards, Kong
