To whom it may concern, We are saddened to hear of your disappointment with our services after we have worked so hard to keep your septic system working for you over the past yearsWe share in your frustration at the failure of newly manufactured productsWe have installed a pump that was in stock at local distributor in order to minimize the downtime of your bathroom and other facilitiesThe local selection of pumps specific to this application is limited and thus you were not given a choice in the brand of pump we installedThe pump was warrantied per the manufacturer and our policy to honor the manufacturer warranty has not changedWe cannot take responsibility for the workmanship of the manufacturerWe also cannot take responsibility for your site conditions such as amount of use, ground water intrusion, power fluctuations, extWe understand that you feel that the failures were not your fault, they were also not our faultThere is nothing we can do upon installation to shorten the lifespan of the pumpYes, the price of labor has increased over the past three yearsI understand that a direct discount did not appear on your invoice however, if you look at the first invoice from 12/29/you will see that there are additional charges for floats and for pumping of the dose tankYou will find on both of the subsequent invoices that we did not charge you for both of these items though they are necessary to complete the work properlyThese charges total $and we left these charges off because we do understand the hardship that is caused when a warranty is requiredWe have made every attempt to be fair with you
