Cadabra Records

I am a LP collector and wanted to become a subscriber of Cadabra records. I got in touch with label chief Jonathan D on 04/24/2019 and he provided info to get everything seperate or if I didn't mind the wait - everything at once in 1 package at the end of the subscription. This would be end of the summer or something. I wouldnt mind the wait so on 04/27/19 I paid $350 for the sub. One of the perks of the subscription is getting first dibs on out of print LP's and with a sale on july 3 I paid another $165 to Cadabra. On july 16th Jonathan emailed me that my 2 orders would go out all at once at the end of that week. I trusted Jonathan because of the good communication before and the good word of mouth the label has so I started to wait. On oct 23 I reached out and ask for a update because I was started to get worried because of the silence (never received any tracking number and revisement of the shipping costs as was promised) and also no package. That was the FIRST time I received a apology from Jonathan about forgetting my order, and that would happen till 01/02/2020 when my order FINALLY was send! On 02/18/20 I receive my package. And with paying about $140 of shipping you wouldn't suspect a flimsy box with no specific extra protection for expensive deluxe collector LP's, but that is what I got and every corner was dented, seam splitted or crushed. Also another perk of the subscription is special colors of the vinyl for the members, but a few of my records aren't even the described special subscription color! The second order was not even in the box. I notify Jonathan of Cadabra but 2 days no reply, except an automated email that my order is cancelled. However no refund is received. The next day still no refund, so I contact Jonathan D again, and then I finally get the first and only actual reply from Jonathan for what my *** is. The next day I receive 137 euro (about 15 euro less of what I actually paid). I email thx, ask for solution for the rest but no replies till this day
