I have been a home owner for years now of a Cadden managed town home communityI complained to them numerous times beginong when I bought my home ( within first days of occupancy)...They assured me my complaint would be rectified to my satisfactoonIt has been years now...nothing has been done.They avoided returning my numerous calls until when I was seeking legal council( Cadden must have been advised by of the attornsys I contacted that represents Cadden)...attorney that cannot council me due to conflict of interest
I'm sure this attorney advised Cadden of my inquiryFurthermore...I have requested a detailed year end income statement which shows where our monthly dues where spent as well as a report on account agingApparently less than 50% of the home owners here are in arrears here and do not disclose their efforts to get these accounts up to date.As a homeowner who is current regarding dues...I feel I have a right to know what measures are being taken to get deluquent accounts current.It is not fair fto the less than 50% of homeowners who payThis company is mismanaged and.only respond to community complaints when a lawyer is contacted
