I have German Shepherd dogs that I have taken to Kevin and Sally at Wigglebutz since they were just pups, the oldest is now almost I have had them boarded, bathed,and groomed and have always felt like they take as good or even better care of my girls than I do.Kevin and Sally are wonderful people and have always treated me, my wife, an my pups like we are familyI would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to board your pups or have them groomedBoth Kevin and Sally have even stopped by our home to see the puppies, they truly care about their business and their customers, human and canine alike!
The service for my dog was awful. After my husband was told they would not finish our dogs grooming they proceed to make us pay the full amount and argued with my husband when he picked up our dog. Wigglebutz left my dog with large patches of fur half cut off, shaved on only half her body and a cut to her leg. Not only was she physically distraught but her demeanor after the grooming took place was sad. She was shaking, timid and sad the entire night at home. I called the manager Kevin to try and discuss why we needed to pay the full amount or how to work out a way to continue the grooming when they clearly didn't finish the job. Kevin became very abrasive, rude, condescending and disrespectful. I have never been talked to in such a way especially by a person of business. He interrupted me as I was trying to talk to him. He told me that no business would compensate their customer if the job was unfinished. Kevin said that he was "standing up for the business". He obviously wasn't taking into account that the customers are his business. He proceeded to tell me that I was the bad dog owner. I have never felt so disrespected before. At the end of our conversation I tried to tell him if they had initiated the entire situation with kindness and apologies that the situation would be much better. Throughout the entire conversation he continued to berate me and argue. Kevin didn't apologize or take any blame that their business was incapable of doing their job. This business doesn't deserve to stay around if this is how they treat their customers.
