Doug went to our house down in Anthem, Henderson and was incredibly professional and timely. We weren't sure how much it was going to cost and the price came out way below what we'd anticipated. Doug fixed the issue quickly and it works perfectly now.

Called DMS Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon after all my bathtubs and showers backed up. Within 30 minutes, they had a technician out to check the problem. Doug quickly diagnosed that there was a clog in the main sewer line.
After quoting me a reasonable fee, he fixed the problem. He even waited around for 15 minutes and went down there again with the snake to make sure the problem was still fixed. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I can't recommend these guys enough. No games, no attempts to rip me off. Just a good solid experience with this company.

I own three homes and rent two of them out, and for the past two years I have used companies that estimate the job and then the price goes up on me. I recently called DMS Plumbing and they were quick to respond, on time, and great to work with. All this being said their prices were extremely competitive and I will be using them for now on.
We had a bit of trouble with the water heater not igniting so I had thought, turned out I wasn't doing it right but none the less the services rendered by DMS TECHNICIAN Jose was very much professional and honest and I was very well satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone

This is the second time that I have used DMS Plumbing LLC. The first time was to unclog by kitchen sink. They did such a good job that time and didn't charge me an exorbitant fee. I was recently laid off from work, so I knew that their fees wouldn't send me to the poor house (or at least I hoped!) I called DMS Plumbing yesterday and they scheduled a tech to come today to give me an estimate sometime between 12:00p & 4:00p. I received a call from Christina this morning, that one of their techs finished up a previous job sooner than expected and would I like for him to come earlier than scheduled. I thought that was excellent customer service on their office staffs part.
Diego arrived and I showed him my issues with the outdoor spigots. When he was writing up the estimate I has mentioned to him that I hope it wouldn't cost too much because I was unemployed. He quickly informed my about the [redacted] discount and asked if I was a member. I told him that I was and that took

The tech that showed up to fixed my clogged dishwasher was Jose A[redacted] He was extremely professional and offered a lot of advice is preventative plumbing. I don't know the other techs, but I would recommend DMS plumbing and Jose A[redacted]
DMS came in today to fix our toilet. He was fast and great. He diagnosed the problem correctly. After other companies couldn't figure it out. If you;re looking for someone that has a lot of experience and can save you money, this is the money to call.
