Review: On September 19 2013 I purchased a Chrysler 300 2006 from Cade Motor. Prior to purchasing the car it was test driven by me without a problem. Upon driving the car off the lot after purchasing, the engine light came on. I immediately returned and informed Mr. Cade of the issue and he stated he would have his mechanic look at it on Sept 20th when photos would be taken for the insurance company, also the car was shaking, and Mr. Cade had made an appointment for us with [redacted]or two new rear tires, which we did right after leaving the lot. Sept 20th the photos were taken for the insurance company and the engine light from that time on had been going off and on. Mr. Cade then had us take the car to his mechanic who never seemed to be able to fix the problem and each time the engine light came on Mr. Cade just kept sending us back to his mechanic. Mr. Cade when confronted with all my concerns about the issues began to become disrespectful with every call and visit. Mr. Cade and I had several conversations about taking the car to Chrysler, which I initiated due tot the fact that I had left the car multiple times with the mechanic who could not and did not fix the issue, the light keeps going off and on. Finally, Mr. Cade called [redacted] and I took the car in for their inspection. [redacted] gave me a print out of all the issues and remedies which were over $2000 which Mr. Cade refused to have the job done but stated he would buy a "KIT" that would fix all the issues and that his do the job. The car was taken to his mechanic on Nov 21st, the engine, traction and faulty electric lights all came on , today I went to the mechanic who states he drove the car this weekend and no lights came on, but he is still waiting for the parts which are suppose to come today. Also the car has failed 2 inspections, I have been refused a refund. This is truly a case of a consumer being given the runaround.Desired Settlement: I would like to be made "Whole".

Either fix the car completely or refund the $4000 cash down payment on the car.



We are writing in response to the complaint that was received ID [redacted] Just a few filings We never took his car without lending him a vehicle, there were times when We lent him a vehicle that her returned to On-site Automotive t0 take his car back, when it was in for repairs and therefore the work was not able t0 be completed. Nit. Cadc knows flat the customer is always right and is sorry if the [redacted] felt any animosity. We: will continue to address these car 1351.123 95 we have hem in business since 1981 and tanks pride in our reputation
