This is the second time that I have used DMS Plumbing LLC The first time was to unclog by kitchen sink They did such a good job that time and didn't charge me an exorbitant fee I was recently laid off from work, so I knew that their fees wouldn't send me to the poor house (or at least I hoped!) I called DMS Plumbing yesterday and they scheduled a tech to come today to give me an estimate sometime between 12:00p & 4:00p I received a call from Christina this morning, that one of their techs finished up a previous job sooner than expected and would I like for him to come earlier than scheduled I thought that was excellent customer service on their office staffs part Diego arrived and I showed him my issues with the outdoor spigots When he was writing up the estimate I has mentioned to him that I hope it wouldn't cost too much because I was unemployed He quickly informed my about the ***' [redacted] discount and asked if I was a member I told him that I was and that took
One day, the floor in our kitchen become very hot After some internet research, my husband diagnosed it as a hot slab leak We called DMS Plumbing late that night and they sent Doug out first thing the next morningAfter a quick look around our house, he diagnosed the issue as a slab leak and gave us a quote We were already impressed by his knowledge However, we figured it wouldn't hurt to get a second opinion, so we went through our home warranty company, who dispatched a random local company to take a look at the leak They were awful, very unprofessional, and quoted the problem to be over double that of what DMS told us We were not impressed, so we rightfully decided to book DMS Plumbing Doug was able to come out on a Sunday to fix the hot water issue, but in the process found other problems He easily could've just finished that job, taken a check, and left it at that, but he has the integrity to properly finish any job he starts He and a crew came back on Tuesday
Called DMS Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon after all my bathtubs and showers backed up Within minutes, they had a technician out to check the problemDoug quickly diagnosed that there was a clog in the main sewer line After quoting me a reasonable fee, he fixed the problem He even waited around for minutes and went down there again with the snake to make sure the problem was still fixed He was knowledgeable and helpful I can't recommend these guys enough No games, no attempts to rip me off Just a good solid experience with this company

Our water bill was really high, around $/ monthWe were used to paying around $a monthWe found DMS Plumbing online and their plumber stopped by one timeHe was nice and the repair took about minutesThe best part is that our water bill went down
I called out DMS Plumbing to fix my RO system They were fast, and did a fantastic job! They are also extremely reasonably priced I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing needs

Doug went to our house down in Anthem, Henderson and was incredibly professional and timelyWe weren't sure how much it was going to cost and the price came out way below what we'd anticipatedDoug fixed the issue quickly and it works perfectly now
